SPIDER seeks an offer on the evaluation the impact of the International Training Programme ICT Regulation – Policy and Practice.

Data collection from National regulators and change initiatives in Zambia, Mozambique, Tanzania, South Africa, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Liberia and Nigeria; and from the regional organisations in Rwanda, Botswana and Nigeria.
