The network provides opportunities for junior researchers to connect with their peers and more senior researchers.<\/p>\n<p>IPID has been supported by SPIDER since its establishment in 2006 and has more than 1 000 members from universities and research institutions all over the world. The network works in three thematic areas: education, health and social advocacy. Network activities organisations using ICTs with organisations that are interested in exploring how technology can be applied to their work.
